Title to be
placed.I'm Shayan. If you've ever had to prove yourself twice as hard just to be taken half as seriously, this channel exists because I lived that, not because I read about it.
I was born in Afghanistan and raised in the Netherlands. Growing up as an immigrant meant my family was rarely taken seriously, not because we lacked substance, but because nobody had given us the benefit of the doubt yet. I learned early that I'd have to prove myself before I was allowed to just be believed.
For a while, that made me bitter. Watching people dismiss you, or your parents, before you've said a word does something to you, and I carried real resentment about it for longer than I'd like to admit.
What changed wasn't one moment. It was accepting that nobody was coming to fix what people assumed about us on sight, and staying bitter wasn't going to either. So I got deliberate instead: about what I studied, how I carried myself, and who I let define me.
Does any of that sound familiar? Being underestimated. Over-performing just to be seen as adequate. Watching people extend patience to everyone except you. That's exactly who this is for. I'm not teaching this from theory. I built every piece of it myself, slower and later than I wanted to.
I went into dentistry because it rewarded exactly the kind of person I was trying to become: precise, disciplined, accountable for real outcomes. That, alongside studying applied psychology, is where most of what shows up in my videos actually comes from.
The practice lets me help the people directly in front of me: my own community. The channel does the same thing at a larger scale, for people I'll never meet: I break down power dynamics ethically and body language, because I know exactly what it costs to be overlooked in a room.
Outside of that: recently married, I read constantly, train in the gym and in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and think about structure and investing the way I think about everything else, long-term and built on fundamentals.
Three rules.
Authority over others starts with authority over your own reactions.
Presence without substance collapses at the first hard question.
You learn manipulation to recognise it, not to use it.
Start with one
video. The work speaks plainly. Watch a breakdown and decide for yourself.
